Biosecurity 2025

We’re working closely with the Ministry for Primary Industries to deliver a statement of science priorities emerging from Biosecurity 2025.

Three people involved with the BioHeritage Challenge are in a working group that’s developing the statement that relates to biosecurity research, science and technology. This includes ensuring it aligns with our own Future Strategy that’s currently being developed.

If you’re working in biosecurity, you may well hear from members of the working group that includes BioHeritage Director Andrea Byrom, Kaihautū Nick Waipara of Plant & Food Research and Challenge thought leader Oliver Floerl of Cawthron Institute.
